Demonstrated experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and knowledge of responsible AI practices in engineering workflows.
Proven ability to drive architecture and engineering standards across teams in large-scale production environments focused on Trust & Security domains.
Strong system design skills applying distributed system fundamentals and operational readiness for streaming and data platform solutions.
Experience leading AI-assisted engineering adoption, coaching senior engineers on compliance, data sensitivity, security, and resiliency best practices.
