About This Role
- Set and influence long-term strategy for Contact Center products across multiple consumer journeys using data-driven insights and prioritization frameworks like OKRs.
- Define customer outcomes, business impacts, and product roadmaps; manage product backlog and release strategies to drive business value.
- Lead full product lifecycle from conception through release, collaborating with agile teams and using metrics to measure impact and benefit realization.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years in product management and technology platform product roles.
- Experience working in large matrixed organizations and translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
- Availability for product releases 1-2 times per month including evenings or overnight.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering customer-centric digital products using data and OKRs to drive outcomes, especially within complex organizational structures.
- Comfortable managing product lifecycle in agile environments with proven ability to prioritize and simplify user experiences.
- Healthcare or contact center domain experience and familiarity with SaaS product delivery and tools like Pega, Salesforce, or product management platforms is a plus.
