About This Role
- Lead and manage client payroll accounts within Workforce Consulting, ensuring strategic planning, budgeting, execution, and successful project completion.
- Oversee and optimize payroll strategies and solutions to meet diverse client needs, leveraging workforce analytics to inform decisions and improve employee retention.
- Develop, mentor, and manage team performance, addressing conflicts and fostering skill development to deliver quality results.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years total work experience, with at least 6 years of progressive payroll experience in professional services, consulting, outsourcing, shared services, managed services, or complex corporate payroll environments.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Work Experience Required: At least 8 years overall, 6 years relevant payroll experience.

- Experienced in payroll subject matter expertise including complex payroll operations, compliance, systems, and service delivery.
- Skilled in workforce analytics, workforce planning, and employee performance management to drive client workforce transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams, embrace change, foster innovation, and conduct difficult stakeholder conversations effectively.
