Experienced in ITIL-based Incident, Major Incident, Change, and Problem Management with strong operational discipline.
Proficient in automation and scripting with PowerShell, Python or similar, and applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Has demonstrated leadership in complex infrastructure projects including P2V/V2V migrations, capacity forecasting, patch management, compliance, and disaster recovery.
