Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT Engineering, or Enterprise Applications.
Strong knowledge and experience with identity platforms (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID), SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, MFA, and access lifecycle management.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf), and Jira ecosystem (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
Experience with automation and scripting tools like PowerShell or Python; Work Experience Required: 6+ years.

Technically strong generalist capable of managing identity, SaaS, endpoints, integrations, and automation end-to-end with focus on reliability and security.
Experienced in leveraging AI and automation to enhance IT service delivery and process efficiencies at scale.
