About This Role
- Lead manual and automated testing activities to ensure software quality and adherence to requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts including functional, integration, regression, system, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate across teams to identify requirement gaps, troubleshoot issues, and maintain software integrity, including some automation using Playwright with Python.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing, verification, and validation.
- Strong proficiency in scenario-based manual testing techniques and test design methods like Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Table Testing, State Transition Testing, and Exploratory Testing.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience in software testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in comprehensive test design covering positive, negative, boundary, edge, and exception scenarios derived from requirements and business workflows.
- Familiar with Agile, SDLC, STLC, with ability to operate in cross-functional, collaborative teams.
- Exposure to medical device development standards ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 and automation using Playwright and Python is advantageous.
