About This Role
- Own and drive the technical product vision, platform architecture, and technology strategy for a cloud-native observability and intelligence platform.
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, resilient, and highly available enterprise solutions including backend services, APIs, microservices, telemetry pipelines, and UI.
- Define platform standards, optimize large-scale telemetry pipelines for real-time operational intelligence, and drive innovation in monitoring, AIOps, and operational analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, plus backend experience in .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) including Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering.
- Demonstrated ability in designing enterprise-scale distributed systems, microservices, telemetry ingestion and analytics pipelines for operational intelligence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in owning product direction, platform architecture, and technology strategy for enterprise-scale observability/AIOps platforms.
- Hands-on full-stack engineering leader comfortable working on modern front-end frameworks and complex backend distributed/cloud-native systems.
- Strong background in telemetry-driven platforms, AI-powered operational intelligence, and integrating AI/ML with monitoring and automation workflows.
