About This Role
- Design, architect, and modernize enterprise cloud-native microservices and containerized platform topologies on RedHat OpenShift (OCP 4).
- Define solution and application architectures ensuring security, compliance (including ITAR), and performance across global delivery operations.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable IT solutions and mentor teams on best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14+ years total IT experience with 5-8 years designing and operating complex enterprise applications and container platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- Hands-on expertise with RedHat OpenShift (OCP 4), Java (OpenJDK 17, Spring, Quarkus), NodeJS, and front-end technologies (ReactJS, Redux).
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe or Scrum teams for at least 2-3 years.

- Experienced IT architect with deep specialization in RedHat OpenShift and container orchestration for cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Proficient in security, compliance (export controls, zero-trust), DevSecOps, and infrastructure automation in complex regulated environments.
- Strong collaborator familiar with cross-functional Agile teams delivering mission-critical aviation or aerospace software products globally.
