About This Role
- Maintain, scale, and optimize production RedHat OpenShift (OCP 4) cluster environments and application workloads supporting aircraft delivery operations.
- Build and manage automated Jenkins pipelines with integrated security scanning and static code analysis for continuous integration and deployment.
- Author and maintain infrastructure as code (Ansible playbooks) for environment provisioning, secret management, platform patching, and enforce zero-trust access and audit compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, and automated delivery pipelines.
- 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in RedHat OpenShift/Kubernetes administration, Infrastructure as Code (Ansible), and pipeline security automation.
- 3 to 5 years experience working in cross-functional Agile, SAFe, or Kanban delivery teams; location: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex OpenShift 4 container platform operations including cluster namespaces, autoscaling, and pod disruption budgets for high availability.
- Skilled in integrating DevSecOps practices deeply into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and static/dynamic security tools (SonarQube, CheckmarxOne).
- Knowledgeable in identity and access management protocols (OAuth 2.0/OIDC), export compliance (ITAR), and secure audit logging in enterprise aviation or regulated environments.
