Flexibility to work across global time zones (US/European hours) as required; software engineering experience not required but conceptual understanding of Generative AI or automation beneficial.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-regional strategy and transformation projects with AI integration in financial services or consulting.
Capable of independently leading client engagements and driving decision-oriented recommendations suitable for senior and Board-level audiences.
Demonstrated ability to coach junior staff, balance stakeholder perspectives, and apply responsible use of AI tools to optimize business processes and productivity.
