About This Role
- Lead and deliver end-to-end strategic and transformation projects across business and infrastructure functions, integrating AI use cases and advanced analytics.
- Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with Deutsche Bank's strategic priorities and governance, and prepare materials for senior management and Board-level forums.
- Supervise and coach junior consultants, contribute to internal strategic initiatives, and collaborate across global locations, requiring flexibility for US/European hours.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree mandatory; professional qualifications valued but not mandatory.
- Minimum 6 years post-MBA experience in Consulting, Financial Services, AI transformation, or technology-enabled business delivery with focus on strategy and transformation.
- Excellent analytical, structured thinking, synthesis skills and strong English communication; German language skills are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work across global time zones (US/European hours) as required; software engineering experience not required but conceptual understanding of Generative AI or automation beneficial.

- Experienced in managing complex, cross-regional strategy and transformation projects with AI integration in financial services or consulting.
- Capable of independently leading client engagements and driving decision-oriented recommendations suitable for senior and Board-level audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to coach junior staff, balance stakeholder perspectives, and apply responsible use of AI tools to optimize business processes and productivity.
