About This Role
- Lead and manage the India-based Corporate Development team supporting North America, owning team quality and throughput.
- Build and maintain complex financial models and conduct rigorous strategic and investment analysis for M&A and venture decisions.
- Manage pipeline integrity, deal workflows, and market intelligence to drive deal origination and investment thesis development.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
- Experience building complex financial models and conducting rigorous investment or strategic analysis.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior analysts preferred; excellent English communication skills required.
