Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience with ServiceNow platform and at least 3 years in requirements gathering and solution delivery.
Expert-level knowledge and implementation experience in at least two ServiceNow suites such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, or SecOps.
ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications required or commitment to attain within 90 days of hire.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years on ServiceNow platform; 8+ years in ITSM/asset management domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading multiple full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and delivering complex solutions with deep process design expertise in ITSM and asset management.
Strong consulting and communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead client workshops effectively.
Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments with advanced development skills (JavaScript, Web Services, XML, HTML) and integration expertise (e.g., LDAP, SSO, SCCM).
