Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, customization, and governance across ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management domains.
Lead full lifecycle enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, including design, build, testing, and production rollout, ensuring alignment with best practices and performance standards.
Oversee CMDB design and maintenance, integration development using REST/SOAP/APIs, and optimize platform performance, security, and upgrade readiness.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with multiple enterprise-scale implementations.
Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, and Certified Implementation Data Foundations.
Strong expertise required in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge), ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping), ITAM (Hardware and Software Asset Management), and CMDB with CSDM alignment.
Advanced JavaScript skills (server and client side), experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and performance/security optimization.

Skilled in multi-domain ServiceNow deployment including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM with strong CMDB and CSDM knowledge.
Familiarity with advanced ServiceNow features such as AI/ML capabilities, Discovery at scale, automation tools, and mentoring junior developers.
