About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across India and Southeast Asia including planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, order management and customer service.
- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Drive capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and supply chain processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
- Education: M.Sc in Agriculture with additional certification/course in Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in ERP and MS Office Suite; strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Location: Ready to work from Pune; knowledge of international supply routes, regulatory compliance, and documentation required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing supply chains across multiple countries within India and Southeast Asia, particularly in agriculture-related or seed industry contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration with departments like Sales, Marketing, R&D, Production, and Procurement.
- Familiarity with digitalization or automation of supply chain processes and skilled in data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
