Oversee day-to-day support, administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform including integrations and workflows.
Collaborate with business, IT teams, and stakeholders to configure and implement ServiceNow modules (APO, ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM, CMDB) and deliver custom solutions.
Monitor platform health, produce management reports on SLAs/KPIs, and contribute to platform roadmap and technical improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development in medium or large enterprises.
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer and experience with out-of-box ServiceNow applications such as APO, ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SPM, PA, APM, AI Agents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large enterprise ServiceNow instances with practical knowledge of Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
Skilled in both administrative and development tasks including scripting, workflows, data migration, and platform upgrades.
Capable of working with cross-functional teams and providing subject matter expertise and coaching to junior team members.
