About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and extend complex engineering-based software solutions primarily using Delphi or equivalent programming languages.
- Debug and resolve full-stack issues, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to meet business and customer needs.
- Participate in Agile processes including requirements analysis, solution design, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of software development experience with recent exposure to complex engineering applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Proficiency in Delphi preferred, or strong skills in C++, C#, or other mainstream programming languages.
- Location: Kochi (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on low-level code supporting large application functionality, including resource and memory management in complex or recursive code.
- Familiarity with engineering-based calculations, custom-built 3D CAD engines, and SQL databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
- Demonstrated ability to design and write clean, performant, secure code with strong debugging skills and understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.
