About This Role
- Lead vision, planning, and coordination of software development and implementation activities.
- Establish and enforce software development standards, best practices, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Participate in strategic technology decisions, resource prioritization, process improvement, and deliver progress reports to CTO and business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in full software development life cycle.
- Minimum 5 years experience with .Net technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, ReactJS, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar RDBMS is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced fullstack developer capable of technical leadership and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in .Net ecosystem and modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS) with an emphasis on implementation standards and quality.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic environments requiring strategic planning, process improvements, and communication with senior management.
