4+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in Lua, Kong, or Golang and experience designing, developing, and supporting RESTful APIs.
Experience with AWS infrastructure management including DynamoDB, ECS, and observability dashboards (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
Experience working with distributed API gateway platforms and microservices architectures in cloud environments, especially AWS.
Strong operational focus on high-availability services with expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, and CI/CD automation.
Familiarity with telephony or call center domains and experience coordinating with multiple remote teams under fast-paced and hybrid work models.
