About This Role
- Assist engineering team in designing and implementing software solutions with a focus on Test Driven Development (TDD) and AI-enhanced development.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and test suites to improve test coverage and reliability across QA environments.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, support rapid incident responses, and apply best practices under guidance of senior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 months of software engineering work experience.
- Proficiency in C# and Python (if applicable), understanding of automated testing and test automation practices.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs, knowledge of OOP, SOLID design principles, version control, and CI/CD practices.
