About This Role
- Provide Tier 2 operational support for enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, and Cisco UCS compute.
- Execute troubleshooting, incident resolution, and routine operational tasks such as provisioning, patching, and upgrades to maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with global teams and vendors to manage incidents, changes, and perform system health monitoring using tools like Dynatrace and VMware Aria.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration, Active Directory (DNS, Group Policy), VMware environments, and Cisco UCS compute platforms.
- Experience with incident, request, and change management using ServiceNow and Jira.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and operating within global support environments.

- Experienced in managing Tier 2 support operations for complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
- Skilled in multi-platform troubleshooting spanning OS, virtualization, and compute layers with strong operational discipline.
