Provide second-line support and maintenance for global manufacturing and laboratory systems including Maximo CMMS, Critical Manufacturing MES, Labvantage LIMS, and Delmia Apriso MES.
Ensure system stability, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform upgrades, and support project application delivery activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable efficient production operations and rapid issue resolution, including documentation and user training.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in IT support with focus on regulatory and Quality Solutions.
Hands-on experience with Critical Manufacturing System, Maximo CMMS, or Delmia Apriso preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Development, IT, or related field required.
Flexibility to support EU/US timezones with potential on-call support; ITIL knowledge is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in manufacturing or laboratory IT environments with strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, programming (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript), database technologies, and integration with shop-floor equipment.
Operates effectively in agile, cross-functional teams delivering stable and compliant manufacturing software solutions.
