Experience supporting 24/7 shifts; strong knowledge of ITIL incident, change, and problem management processes.
Experienced in operating and troubleshooting fully virtualized cloud-native mobile network components, particularly Cisco ACI and F5 Big-IP.
Comfortable working in a continuous 24/7 operational environment with strong ability to manage service tickets and operational escalations.
Technically strong in network technologies including OSI and TCP/IP models, network traffic analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark), and SDN/iRules scripting.
