About This Role
- Operate and maintain Cisco ACI and F5 Big-IP LTM/DNS/ASM/AFM environments in a 24/7 operations role including setup, maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.
- Handle daily operational service requests from customers using service management tools and prepare necessary documentation such as network topology diagrams and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues involving ACI/F5 devices and coordinate with departments to resolve connectivity problems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years hands-on experience with Cisco ACI in an operational capacity.
- Hands-on expertise in F5 LTM/DNS/ASM/AFM domains and network switching/routing operations.
- Experience supporting 24/7 shifts; strong knowledge of ITIL incident, change, and problem management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating and troubleshooting fully virtualized cloud-native mobile network components, particularly Cisco ACI and F5 Big-IP.
- Comfortable working in a continuous 24/7 operational environment with strong ability to manage service tickets and operational escalations.
- Technically strong in network technologies including OSI and TCP/IP models, network traffic analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark), and SDN/iRules scripting.
