About This Role
- Own end-to-end product strategy, design, and delivery of an AI-native Network Testing and Validation Platform for 4G/5G networks focused on drive testing, probe testing, automation, and performance analysis.
- Drive AI-powered features including automated root cause analysis, anomaly detection, and closed-loop validation to transform traditional network testing into an automated, continuous process.
- Lead roadmap development, agile execution, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market strategy including pricing and sales enablement.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise software; Telecom, Network Testing, OSS, Network Assurance, or Operations Automation strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network testing workflows including drive testing, probe testing, OSS data, and network KPIs.
- Experience with AI/ML product development covering use-case ideation through production delivery.
- MBA or advanced degree from Tier-1 institution or equivalent demonstrated impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex telecom/networking products with full lifecycle ownership from discovery to adoption.
- Expertise in AI-powered network testing automation, including RCA, event correlation, and closed-loop validation.
- Skilled in synthesizing network engineering details and business impact for diverse teams including sales, engineering, and executives.
