Experience with Special Cargo (OOG, IG, BBK, or project cargo operations) preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise logistics or ERP platforms with strong analytical skills.
Experienced in managing complex quoting and pricing for special cargo within ocean freight or shipping domains.
Operationally focused with capability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including customers, terminals, pricing, and operations teams.
Analytical and process-oriented with a track record of applying data-driven improvements to quoting accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer service delivery.
