About This Role
- Manage and execute full-cycle accounting operations using Zoho Books including AP/AR, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and audit-readiness.
- Progressively take ownership of month-end close processes, workflow automation, SOP implementation, and finance controls.
- Provide MIS support, maintain cash/working capital visibility, and drive process improvements including automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree: M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 2-4 years in finance and accounting.
- Preferred domain experience in SaaS, technology, or IT services industry.
- Experience with internal and statutory audits, and working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar ERP systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally strong in hands-on finance execution including AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience or interest in SaaS finance operations, revenue recognition, and financial controls in a tech environment.
- Willingness to adopt and improve ERP systems, automation, and AI tools for finance process optimization.
