About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple workstreams in high-value strategy consulting projects for insurers, reinsurers and investors in the insurance industry.
- Structure complex business problems, guide teams in analysis, deliver actionable insights and present recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Coach and develop junior team members, contribute to practice growth through business development, recruitment, and capability building.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience in Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or related advisory environment; insurance industry experience preferred.
- Any Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (full-time) required.
- Work Location: Mumbai with hybrid working style.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading consulting engagements with multiple workstreams and managing senior client relationships in the insurance or reinsurance sector.
- Capable of delivering complex business problem solving, data-driven insights, and executive presentations.
- Candidates with entrepreneurial mindset willing to help build and grow the India Strategy Consulting practice.
