About This Role
- Lead the implementation of the Country Strategy through developing and managing strategic partnerships with government, academic, and philanthropic organizations to support system integration and scale.
- Support strategy tracking, state and district expansion plans, and ensure alignment of partnerships and scale objectives through research and internal dashboard maintenance.
- Coordinate proposal and concept development with the Global Grant Management Team and internal stakeholders, and contribute to strategic communications including external thought leadership and advocacy content.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred in Education, Development Studies, Public Policy, Communications, or related fields.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in partnerships, proposal support, strategy, research, or development communication.
- Proven writing skills for concept notes, strategy briefs, reports, and advocacy content.
- Legal eligibility to work in country of position; sponsorship not provided.
