About This Role
- Lead client discovery workshops to gather and document business and functional requirements for GRC platform implementations.
- Translate client requirements into functional configurations and support data migration, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with project managers to track milestones, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain project documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or GRC-related implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with GRC concepts including SOX compliance, internal controls, risk management, audit management, or regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple workstreams across concurrent projects in the GRC domain.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex client requirements into technical solutions within the GRC platform.
- Capable of independently managing client relationships and acting as primary contact for functional queries during implementations.
