Work Experience Required: 5+ years in ocean freight/logistics business analysis.
Strong understanding of ocean freight processes including bookings, bills of lading, containers, shipping lines, and transit operations.
Experience working in Agile or project-based environments coordinating between technical and business teams.
Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders effectively.
