Gather, analyze, and translate ocean freight business requirements into BI dashboard specifications and reports using Qlik Sense or similar tools.
Collaborate with diverse OFR stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with operational needs and support data-driven decision-making.
Lead data validation, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement of KPIs and reporting processes within the ocean freight domain.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in Ocean Freight products with exposure to logistics and market intelligence analytics.
Proficiency in Qlik Sense or other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), strong data analysis skills including Excel and SQL (preferred).
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in ocean freight/logistics business analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of ocean freight processes including bookings, bills of lading, containers, shipping lines, and transit operations.
Experience working in Agile or project-based environments coordinating between technical and business teams.
Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders effectively.
