About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirement gathering and translation related to customer acquisition processes in banking, converting client needs into user stories and product requirements.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal technology teams to validate, analyze, and document business and integration requirements.
- Participate and lead discovery sessions, functional design, sprint grooming, and collaborate closely with QA for test scenarios and UAT, including travel to client sites as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in financial industry with customer acquisitions and client interactions, preferably in bank, credit union, or technology service provider context.
- Experience with banking systems or loan origination systems such as FIS, Temenos, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Lending 360, or similar.
- Experience in customer onboarding processes is required.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep functional understanding of digital banking acquisition processes and user experience with banking/core systems.
- Experienced in Agile methodology environments with ability to engage in sprint planning and deliverables.
- Ability to work cross-functionally between clients, technical teams, and QA with exposure to discovery, design, and implementation phases.
