Experience working in enterprise or financial-services environments with ITIL-based operational processes.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years VMware infrastructure operations
Experienced in large-scale VMware environments and lifecycle management, including patching, upgrades, and compliance remediation within enterprise contexts.
Skilled in automation using PowerCLI/PowerShell and monitoring platforms such as VMware Aria Operations and ServiceNow.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities across compute, storage, and network layers, with knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and IT compliance demands.
