Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems; Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred; fluency in business English; regional/global travel willingness.
Technically credible and commercially strong sourcing professional capable of translating business demand into actionable commodity strategies.
Experienced in managing ambiguity and influencing cross-functional, regional, and global stakeholders without direct authority.
Comfortable working in project-based, engineered-to-order or high-mix, low-volume environments, preferably with exposure to thermal/HVAC, data centers, large infrastructure, or related manufacturing sectors.
