About This Role
- Manage and lead global logistics sourcing intelligence deliverables across multiple transportation modes including air, ocean, surface, warehousing, and brokerage.
- Develop and enforce standardized sourcing intelligence methods, support Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, and drive digital/AI-enabled analytics adoption to enable fact-based sourcing decisions and cost savings.
- Lead spend analytics, supplier evaluation, ensure governance, and collaborate with global stakeholders to translate insights into practical sourcing actions with measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16+ years of experience in logistics sourcing, transportation procurement, sourcing intelligence, or related commercial roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a sourcing or analytics environment.
- Strong expertise in Source-to-Contract processes, RFI/RFQ execution, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency with procurement and sourcing tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) and analytics tools (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools); SQL or data querying preferred.
