About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and deployment of scalable backend services and AI-powered features using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into customer-facing solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure system reliability and fast resolution of customer issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
- Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python with backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms and modern deployment practices.
- Work Environment: Hybrid role based in Bengaluru with regular office presence and some overlap with US business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building full-stack customer-facing products with fast, high-quality execution in startup or growth-stage environments.
- Comfortable working independently on loosely defined problems with minimal hand-holding, demonstrating a bias toward shipping.
- Curious about AI and LLM technologies, ideally with some direct experience or strong appetite to learn.
