About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of complex backend features and distributed microservices optimized for high throughput, low latency, and fault tolerance.
- Design event-driven data pipelines, real-time message integrations, and maintain data consistency across modern and legacy data stores.
- Own cloud infrastructure management via Infrastructure as Code and establish robust observability and automated testing practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years professional software development experience.
- 3+ years experience with backend languages like Python, Go, or Java.
- 2+ years experience scaling production distributed systems.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant backend software development and distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and operating scalable distributed backend systems with deep knowledge of async programming and microservices architecture.
- Skilled in cloud ecosystems, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and secure API design.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally in agile environments.
