About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions including custom apps, automations, and integrations.
- Own and evolve the CRM platform aligning technical solutions with long-term platform strategy and business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, enforce engineering standards, and drive platform optimization and modernization efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12+ years of Salesforce engineering or technical leadership experience in global SaaS organizations.
- 2+ years of direct engineering team management experience including hiring and performance management.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and Salesforce certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications preferred.
