Work location: Indore, MP, India; must work US PST hours (remote/hybrid).
Experienced in supporting large monolithic Ruby on Rails applications in production environments.
Capable of independently diagnosing complex production issues involving application code, database, and third-party integrations.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Support teams to ensure production issue resolution.
