About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications and microservices with React/Angular front-end and Java Spring Boot back-end.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex features and technical initiatives including architecture contribution, production support, and modernization efforts.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality software systems in an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years professional software engineering experience with significant full stack development and technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in Java backend development with Spring Boot and modern front-end experience with React and/or Angular.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud-native development including CI/CD, containerization, and preferably AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS with container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Skilled in secure API and system design with knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, TLS, vulnerability remediation, and observability tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch.
- Experienced leading technical initiatives in complex environments, preferably financial services, establishing engineering standards and improving team effectiveness.
