About This Role
- Develop, customize, integrate, secure, debug, and maintain embedded Android-based AOSP platforms across multiple layers including framework, native services, HAL, vendor components, BSP, kernel, firmware, and hardware.
- Own cross-layer problem investigation, isolating and resolving complex platform issues spanning Android, SELinux, bootloader, kernel, and hardware levels.
- Improve AOSP build, integration, automation, security (SELinux, Secure Boot, AVB), and validation processes to ensure secure, stable, maintainable, and testable long-lifecycle products.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AOSP platform-level development beyond Android SDK application development.
- Proficient in C/C++ development, Android system architecture, Binder/AIDL, HAL and vendor integration, SELinux policy development, boot flow, and Linux/Android system-level debugging.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model; immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
