About This Role
- Lead design, development, and evolution of a scalable CI/CD Platform ensuring secure, stable, and high-quality production code.
- Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert influencing product design, application functionality, technical operations, and promote firmwide engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one of these programming languages: Java, Python, or Go.
- Practical experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools, including AI-assisted development tools and automation within engineering workflows.
- Practical cloud native experience with knowledge in CI/CD, application resiliency, and security methodologies.
