About This Role
- Own architecture design and delivery of large-scale, event-driven real-time payment processing solutions in banking domain.
- Lead integration of cloud-native Java solutions with legacy mainframe banking systems, ensuring end-to-end enterprise messaging using ISO 2022 standards.
- Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to drive architectural decisions and manage solution delivery end-to-end.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years software development experience with at least 3 years in solution/architecture design.
- Bachelor's in Engineering or MCA in Computers mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Java stack including Core Java, Spring (Boot, Security), JPA, Hibernate and databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Experience delivering 2+ large enterprise banking solutions involving microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and use of TDD/XP methodologies.

- Experienced in designing and implementing distributed, large-scale enterprise banking systems using event-driven and domain-driven design.
- Comfortable working within process-driven organizations and leading cross-functional distributed teams.
- Experienced with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and integrating new cloud architectures with existing mainframe systems.
