About This Role
- Lead design, development, and evolution of a highly scalable CI/CD platform ensuring secure, stable, and scalable technology products.
- Drive adoption and best practices of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
- Influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations; serve as subject matter expert and contribute to engineering community practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Python, or Go programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience leading use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with focus on validation of AI outputs for correctness, security, and performance.
- Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and practical cloud native experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in platform engineering, especially related to scalable CI/CD systems and cloud native applications.
- Capable of independently solving design and functionality problems with minimal oversight, indicating high technical ownership.
- Strong expertise in responsible AI use within engineering workflows, including coaching others on secure, compliant AI-assisted development practices.
