About This Role
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint ceremonies and managing Agile delivery processes.
- Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Agile values, and continuous improvement to enhance team performance and predictability.
- Manage impediments, dependencies, and risks, while partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve backlog readiness and delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience including 3+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Practitioner.
- Experience coaching technology and distributed global teams with Agile tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coaching multiple Agile teams and leading enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management in technology environments.
- Familiar with regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance and continuous delivery or DevOps practices.
