About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI-native programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Manage AI-specific delivery elements such as sprint rhythms, model evaluation cycles, data dependencies, and deployment gates.
- Use AI tools to enhance planning, risk management, status reporting, and decision documentation while driving alignment between business priorities and delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of program/delivery management experience; AI program delivery experience strongly preferred.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad or Bangalore.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering AI-enabled outcomes where delivery processes adapt to model behavior and evaluation metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across geographies with ability to escalate and resolve blockers swiftly.
- Comfortable managing third-party/partner relationships and mentoring delivery leads and project managers in complex program settings.
