About This Role
- Architect and develop enterprise-grade AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude and ChatGPT within Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
- Lead architectural design including front-end, backend, API, security, and integration strategies to build scalable, secure AI systems.
- Drive advanced capabilities including prompt engineering, multi-step agent workflows, AI model performance evaluation, and enforce engineering standards across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years software engineering experience with at least 4 years in AI/ML product development.
- Expertise in building enterprise AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), Azure, Databricks or similar cloud platforms.
- Advanced Python programming skills with API, microservices, and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of making architectural decisions across AI application stacks and mentoring peers.
- Deep domain knowledge in enterprise AI systems integrating relational, NoSQL, vector databases, and complex workflows like RAG and agentic designs.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant AI solutions driving measurable business impact.
