About This Role
- Define and drive test strategies for enterprise networking products covering functional, scale, performance, security, and interoperability aspects.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based test automation frameworks and CI/CD testing pipelines to enable continuous validation and faster release cycles.
- Lead end-to-end validation of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking features including routing, switching, security, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and perform root-cause analysis using protocol-level debugging tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software QA, Network Testing, or System Validation.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols including TCP/IP, IPv6, VLANs, STP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, ACLs, Firewall, QoS, NetFlow, GRE, IPsec VPNs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, AAA, RADIUS, TACACS+, and High Availability protocols.
- Proficiency in Python test automation and experience with automation/testing frameworks like PyTest, Robot Framework, or Unittest; strong Linux fundamentals and virtualization tech exposure (KVM, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Candidate with deep expertise in enterprise and cloud networking protocol validation and automation development using Python and CI/CD methodologies.
- Experience working in collaborative cross-functional teams interacting with software developers, architects, and product managers to translate requirements into test strategies.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using packet analysis and protocol debugging tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump) focused on network and system-level quality assurance.
