Experienced in organizational design, workforce planning, and HR analytics with a focus on operational coordination and reporting for leadership.
Skilled in translating complex workforce data into actionable insights tailored to senior leaders and HR stakeholders.
Able to work collaboratively across global teams and maintain confidentiality while improving reporting quality and stakeholder experience.
