About This Role
- Engage with customer engineering teams to capture product systems, architecture, and roadmap needs for Custom Digital MCU/MPU products.
- Translate customer requirements into product specifications covering processor subsystems, mixed-signal IP, software, safety/security, and connectivity.
- Support design-win efforts with architecture guidance, competitive analysis, technical differentiation, and maintain customer feedback loops with internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in embedded systems, applications engineering, product systems, processor architecture support, customer solutions, or related semiconductor domain.
- Strong expertise in MCU/MPU architectures, embedded software, hardware/software partitioning, and customer product requirement analysis.
- Hands-on experience in at least one domain: automotive electronics, industrial automation, robotics/motor control, networking/infrastructure, e-mobility, or Edge AI.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with customer engineering and internal product/silicon/software teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with embedded processor systems depth and credibility engaging directly with customer engineering teams.
- Proven ability to synthesize customer product needs into actionable requirements influencing product roadmaps and technology priorities.
- Prior background in solutions engineering, field applications, or product architecture roles supporting embedded MCU/MPU or semiconductor customers in automotive, industrial, or networking segments.
