Experienced in managing ServiceNow Discovery in complex multi-network and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware).
Capable of collaborating across IT, Security, Legal, and Engineering teams to drive ITAM improvements and maintain CMDB integrity.
Strong hands-on technical skills in ServiceNow ITOM suite with ability to develop and implement discovery governance and integration solutions using REST APIs and ServiceNow Integration Hub.
