About This Role
- Lead and develop a global Marketing & Sales Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) team, focusing on talent capability building and strategic business insights.
- Drive end-to-end Finance Modernization initiatives including iERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation, workflow automation, and AI-driven analytics adoption.
- Establish and manage global benchmarking frameworks to optimize M&S operational spend and finance processes, harmonizing best practices across regions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–16 years of progressive post-qualification experience in Finance Controllership and CoE operations within multinational or top-tier GCC environments.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CIMA, CMA, or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.
- Working knowledge of enterprise ERPs, specifically iERP / SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven leadership experience managing medium-to-large teams (10–25+ professionals) and leading large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP projects.
